The hunting season is in full swing, and after a walk to find winter animal trails, you will hear about Inden, a craft made from deerskin, and enjoy smoking Uda game meat.
This is the second part of the Uda Gibier Tour, which is packed with attractions, including: learning about the work of a game hunter; experiencing and tasting smoked meat; learning about deerskin crafts (Inden); and a tour of the Inden workshop and shop.
