■ What to bring Please wear outdoor clothing, boots, rubber gloves, towels, and drinks.

You will enjoy catching eels in the pesticide-free rice paddies and crayfish in the adjacent pond. (As you are dealing with nature, we cannot guarantee a catch.) The catching will finish around 2:30 pm, and you will return to Nanone with your catch. After that, you will enjoy a guided historical walk through the Ouda Matsuyama area for just under an hour, before returning to Nanone at 3:30 pm and enjoying a tasting of eel and crayfish dishes.
*Both are extremely delicious ingredients, with no unpleasant odors. We have nicknamed them "Uda shrimp" and "Uda eel," and are working to make them new specialties of Uda.
